Bought an Audi A5 which developed a fault after 2 months and wasn't covered in the warranty. Called the dealer and he paid for the repair out his own pocket. Great service. 5 Stars.

2 years on and my car is still brilliant

bought a lovely little Seat Ibiza FR off of Specialist Cars 2 years ago, car has been brilliant and is still going strong, 30,000 Miles after purchase! if you are looking for an honest, family run car dealership look no further. wouldnt think twice about returning for an upgrade in a few more years as they do have a vast array of stock.

I will definitely buy from SCoB again! 10/10

I've purchased from SCoB on a previous occasion and was very pleased with the condition and the price of the car that I went to view. The subsequent period of ownership was trouble free. So I was pleased to find a car of interest in their stock list on this 2nd occasion. Test driving was a leisurely process, enabling me to get a feel for the car on a variety of roads and a decent amount of time in the driving seat. No pressure was applied, no BS was uttered. Service & History documents viewed, I was left to look over the car in my own time. I negotiated a suitable deal with my trade in, including a few minor jobs on the car I was purchasing. I did have one problem after a couple of weeks and contacted SCoB for a way forward, and to my relief, the matter was apologised for, owned and sorted as soon as business hours would allow. I don't leave online reviews often, for anyone. But when you've spent a few grand and had a genuinely great experience, it's a pleasure to let others know.

VW Golf GTD

Just Bought my VW Golf GTD from this garage. Straight away they helped me with viewing the car, staying there after opening hours for me to see it when I had finished work. The same for when I had to collect the car. When I first viewed the car I didn’t feel pestered and was given the keys and able to check over the car thoroughly at my own free will. The only fault the qualified mechanic I took with me could find was wipers. Which were changed before mot and service which was done before I collected the car. I couldn’t fault the service or car from them at all. I also had a look at other cars there and they have such a variety of cars. They also benefit from a well reputed garage next door which led to a quick turn around in getting cars ready. I would 100% recommend buying a car from them and would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Again to all workers there. The car is perfect and I can only describe it as in like new condition.

Faultless Service

Two very helpful and professional gentlemen at specialist cars of Bristol. For the first ever time I found buying a car was not stressful. No pressure and transparency, they have been fantastic sorting out unforeseen issues with the car. They are happy to help anytime, and even though we don’t live near I would absolutely return in the future and recommend them to everyone. Nothing is too much trouble. In this day and age it’s hard to come across genuine car dealers so thank you guys!
